  • Are You Eligible?

    The Young, Beginning, and Small farmers program is offered to anyone who meets one of these requirements at date of closing:

    • Young – 35 years of age or younger
    • Beginning- 10 years or less of agricultural experience
    • Small- $350,000 or less gross farm income

     

    Joint Financing Programs:

    We partner with the Farm Service Agency and the Kentucky Agriculture Finance Corporation to assist with down payment for capital and lower interest rates to put you on the right path to success.
